1.08.010 Statutory authority.
The ordinance codified in this chapter is adopted under Section 36503.5 of the Government Code. (Ord. 417-87 § 2, 1987)
1.08.020 Date for holding elections.
Commencing in the year 1988, and thereafter in each even-numbered year, a general municipal election shall be held on the same day as the statewide general election instead of on the second Tuesday in June of each even-numbered year. (Ord. 417-87 § 1, 1987)
