AUDITING COMMITTEE

2.34.010 Auditing Committee established.
The Auditing Committee of the City Council is hereby established in accordance with the other provisions of this code. (Ord. 1794)
2.34.020 Membership.
A. The Auditing Committee shall consist of two members of the City Council, appointed by the Mayor.
B. Should a vacancy exist on the Committee from any cause, the Mayor shall appoint a successor to fill such vacancy. (Ord. 2039 § 1, 2013)
2.34.030 Meetings.
The Auditing Committee shall meet as required.
2.34.040 Duties of the Committee.
The Auditing Committee shall conduct tasks in accordance with City Council policy, which may be revised from time to time. (Ord. 2039 § 1, 2013)
