The Auditing Committee of the City Council is hereby established in accordance with the other provisions of this code. (Ord. 1794)

A. The Auditing Committee shall consist of two members of the City Council, appointed by the Mayor for a term of one year.

B. Should a vacancy exist on the Committee from any cause, the Mayor shall appoint a successor to fill such vacancy.

The Auditing Committee shall meet as required.

The Auditing Committee shall examine and approve all bills in writing before the same may be paid.
