DRUG PARAPHERNALIA
Sections:
20.80.010 Purpose.
A. Any activity involving drug paraphernalia subject to Health and Safety Code Section 11364.5, as may hereinafter be amended, shall constitute a separate business.
B. No person shall conduct a drug paraphernalia business within the City without first having obtained a business operations permit: drug paraphernalia, together with any other licenses and permits required by this code.
C. Drug paraphernalia shall be defined by the provisions of Health and Safety Code Section 11364.5, as may hereinafter be amended. (Ord. 1502)
20.80.020 Issuing authority.
The Director of Police Services is authorized to issue business operations permit: drug paraphernalia and to regulate activities related thereto.

A. The permittee shall comply with all regulations contained in Health and Safety Code Section 11364.5, as may hereinafter be amended.
