UNIFORM HOUSING CODE

70.06.010 Code adopted.
The Uniform Housing Code (UHC), 1997 Edition, as published by the International Conference of Building Officials (ICBO), is adopted and incorporated by reference herein as the City Code for Housing for the purpose of prescribing regulations in the City of Coronado to provide minimum standards to safeguard life or limb, health, property and public welfare by regulating and controlling the use and occupancy, location and maintenance of all residential buildings and structures within this jurisdiction.
