CALIFORNIA MECHANICAL CODE

70.40.010 Code adopted.
The California Mechanical Code (CMC), 2022 Edition, California Code of Regulations, Title 24, Part 4, as published by the California Building Standards Commission, based on the 2021 Edition of the Uniform Mechanical Code, is adopted and incorporated by reference herein as the city mechanical code for the purpose of prescribing regulations in the City of Coronado for the addition to or erection, installation, alteration, repair, relocation, replacement, use or maintenance of any heating, ventilating, cooling, refrigeration systems, incinerators, or other miscellaneous heat-producing appliances within this jurisdiction.
