70.60.010 Code adopted.
The California Energy Code (CENC), 2022 Edition, California Code of Regulations, Title 24, Part 6, as published by the California Building Standards Commission, is adopted and incorporated by reference herein as the city energy code for the purpose of prescribing regulations in the City of Coronado for the conservation of energy and all matters governing the design and construction of buildings for energy efficiency within this jurisdiction.
