CLERK AND TREASURER BOND1

2.08.010 Adoption authority.
This chapter is adopted pursuant to the provisions of Section 36518 of the Government Code of the state of California. (Ord. 2 § 1, 1963).
2.08.020 Amount fixed.
Upon the recommendations of the city attorney, the bond for the city clerk and city treasurer is fixed in the amount of one thousand dollars. (Ord. 2 § 2, 1963).
