10.10.010 Generally.

The words and phrases defined in this chapter, when used in this title, shall have the meanings set forth in this chapter. Whenever any words or phrases used are not defined in this chapter, but are defined in the California Vehicle Code, such definitions are incorporated herein and shall be deemed to apply for such words and phrases used in this title as though set forth in full. 10.10.020 Central traffic district.

The central traffic district includes all streets and portions of streets within the area described as follows: All that area bounded by the east side of the freeway (U.S. Highway 101) beginning at the northbound on-ramp intersection with Old Redwood Highway; then continuing south along Old Redwood Highway to the east end of St. Josephs Way; then continuing west on St. Josephs Way to its west end; then continuing on a line to the north end of the west side of Olaf Street; then continuing south to the intersection of Olaf Street and Sierra Avenue; then continuing west along the north side of Sierra Avenue to the south side of Page Street; then continuing east along the south side of Page Street to the east side of Old Redwood Highway; then continuing north along the east side of Old Redwood Highway to the south side of Charles Street; and continuing east along the south side of Charles Street to the east side of Arthur Street to the north side of George Street, then continuing west along the north side of George Street to the east side of Old Redwood Highway; then continuing north along the east side of Old Redwood Highway; and ending at the intersection of Old Redwood Highway with the freeway (U.S. Highway 101). 10.10.030 Official time standard.

Whenever certain hours are named in this title, they mean standard time or daylight saving time, as may be in current use in the city. (Ord. 785 § 1(part), 2006).
