WATER RATES

13.12.010 Fixing.
The city council, by resolution, shall from time to time, fix the monthly rate for the use of the water supplied by the system. (Ord. 376 § 3(part), 1984: Ord. 78 § 1, 1966).
13.12.020 Penalty fee.
In each case where all or part of any bill for water services and fees remains unpaid on the delinquent date thereof, a penalty fee shall be added per billing period in an amount fixed, from time to time, by resolution of the city council. (Ord. 376 § 3(part), 1984).
