The city adopts the 2021 International Property Maintenance Code. Said code shall be and become the Covina property maintenance code.

One copy of said code is on file in the office of the city clerk, and is hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter. (Ord. 22-19 § 16, 2022.)
