GUIDE DOGS

6.64.010 Impoundment when.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, no guide dog serving a blind master shall be confined, impounded or killed in the absence of evidence that such dog has been exposed to rabies unless the master of such dog:
A. Fails to keep such dog safely confined to the premises of the master; or
B. Fails to keep such dog available for examination at all reasonable times. (Ord. 670 (part), 1984)
