It is unlawful for any person to wilfully deface, injure, move, or interfere with any sign, standard, post, rope or other thing or device installed or placed for the regulation, control or direction of traffic in any street. (Prior code § 6116)
10.16.020 Failure to obey.
It is unlawful for any person to fail, neglect or refuse to comply with and obey any instruction or direction displayed upon any post, standard, sign, or device for the regulation or control of traffic in any street. (Prior code § 6117)
