ESTABLISHMENT AND COLLECTION OF FEES

13.72.010 Fair service provided by city.

The city shall provide service to all existing and future users on a fair and equitable basis. (Ord. 648 § 1 (part), 1982)

13.72.020 Reduced user charges prohibited.

The granting of reduced user charges to special interest or economic groups, including senior citizens, is prohibited. (See the Clean Water Grant Bulletin No. 32.) (Ord. 648 § 1 (part), 1982)

13.72.030 Charges and collections reviewed by resolution.

All rates, fees and compensation to be charged and collected by the city for permits, main extensions, sewer tap fees, inspection fees, domestic and industrial wastewater fees, septage dumping fees, services rendered and fees for additional construction and plant enlargement shall be reviewed, revised and established biennially by resolution of the city council. 13.72.040 Charges and collections reviewed by resolution—Forwarded for review by state water resource control board.

The fees and charges so established by such resolution, if any, shall be forwarded to the California State Water Resource Control Board for review. (Ord. 648 § 1 (part), 1982)
