14.32.010 Adoption.
The 2016 California Existing Building Code as published by the California Building Standards Commission as Part 10 of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, referred to as the “code” in this chapter, except as specifically repealed or amended by the city of Dinuba, is adopted by the city, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 50022.1 through 50022.8, inclusive, of the California Government Code. 14.32.020 Adoption of subsequent supplements, revisions and amendments.
All supplements, revisions and amendments to the code as may be hereafter approved and adopted by the state are adopted and made a part of this code. (Ord. 2011-01 § 9 (part), 2011)
