INTERNATIONAL WILDLIFE-URBAN INTERFACE CODE

14.49.010 Adoption.
The “2016 International Wildlife-Urban Interface Code” as adopted and published by the International Code Council (ICC) as adopted by the Building Standards Commission of the state of California and codified in the California Building Standards Code at Title 24, Part 1, of the California Code of Regulations, except as specifically repealed or amended by ordinance of the city of Dinuba, referred to as the “code” in this chapter, is adopted by the city, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 50022.1 through 50022.8, inclusive, of the California Government Code.
