2.44.010 CONTRACT AUTHORIZED.
A contract between the City Council and the Board of Administration, California State Employees’ Retirement System is authorized, a copy of the contract being on file in the Human Resources Department, and, by such reference, is made a part of this chapter as though set out in full in this chapter.

2.44.020 EXECUTION OF CONTRACT.
The Mayor or the City Council is authorized, empowered and directed to execute the contract in § 2.44.010 for and on behalf of the agency.

2.44.030 AMENDMENT AUTHORIZED.
An amendment to the contract between the City Council and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees’ Retirement System is hereby authorized, a copy of the agreement being on file in the Human Resources Department and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in full.

2.44.040 EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT.
The Mayor of the City is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to execute the amendment for and on behalf of the Agency.
