INTERFERENCE WITH COAXIAL CABLE

9.64.010 UNLAWFUL - PENALTY.
Any person, firm, corporation, or other, who unlawfully and maliciously takes down, removes, injures, obstructs, or makes any unauthorized connection with any line not owned by him or her or it, used to conduct television information, whether video or audio, or any part thereof, is punishable as provided in Chapter 1.12.
