ARTICLE XII. PO PROFESSIONAL OFFICE DISTRICT

30.12.10 Statement of intent.

The intent of the PO professional office district is to provide areas in the city suitable for well designed professional office buildings which can, among other things, serve as buffer areas between residential and commercial areas. The uses in this district are intended to be of low intensity in order to be compatible with residential living. Ample landscaping and creative design are encouraged in the PO professional office district. Professional office districts should be located on arterial or collector streets and located in close proximity to commercial areas. The following regulations, except to the extent that they may be modified by a combining district, shall apply to every lot and building in a PO professional office district. (Ord. 30.12.20 Permitted uses and conditional uses.

Land in the PO professional office district may be used as provided in the commercial use table, section 30.19.10. Conditional uses may be permitted with a conditional use permit, which may be issued by the planning commission in accordance with the regulations in section 30.50.30. (Ord. No. 2013-08, § 2 (Exh. 30.12.30 Site and building requirements.
