1.06.010 Designated.
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 40602 of the Government Code, contracts and conveyances made or entered into, by the city, as well as all instruments requiring the city seal, shall be signed by either the mayor or the city manager. (Ord. 221 §1, 1979).
