5.12.010 Card room hours--Age limitation.

It is unlawful for the owner, manager, or operator of any room in which poker or other games of chance are played to remain open between the hours of two a.m. and eight a.m., or to allow any person under the age of twenty-one years to be present upon the premises at any time. (Ord. 14 §1, 1947).

5.12.020 Pool hall hours--Age limitation.

It is unlawful for the owner, manager, or operator of any room in which pool tables are kept to remain open between the hours of two a.m. and eight a.m., or to allow any person under the age of eighteen years to be present upon said premises at any time. (Ord. 14 §2, 1947).

5.12.030 Violation--Penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment for not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
