2.44.010 Created.

The city council declares itself to be the redevelopment agency of the city pursuant to Section 33200 of the California Health and Safety Code and finds that the action shall serve the public interest and promote the public safety and welfare in an effective manner.  The city council further declares that all of the rights, powers, duties, privileges, and immunities of the California Community Redevelopment Law are vested in the city council.  (Ord. 15-84 §2, 1984).

2.44.020 Title.

The redevelopment agency created herein is designated as “the community development agency of the city of Half Moon Bay.”  (Ord. 15-84 §3, 1984).
