DISCHARGE AND CARRYING OF WEAPONS

9.72.010 Unlawful where.
It is unlawful for any person to discharge any gun, revolver, pistol, pellet gun, BB gun or other device capable of propelling a projectile, or other firearm within the city or to discharge same outside the city where such above described weapon is directed toward the city and the limits of the city is within range of said described weapon. (Ord. 330 § 2, 1973).
