6.12.010 Information on animal care.

The animal services director is authorized to distribute to the people of the city brochures and information pertaining to care and control of animals. (Ord. 89-04 § 2, 1989)

6.12.020 Appeal of administrative decisions.

Any person aggrieved by any decision or action resulting from the application of this title may appeal to the city council. Such appeal must be in writing and must be received by the city clerk not more than 15 days after such decision or action. (Ord. 89-04 § 2, 1989)

6.12.030 License renewal or suspension.

Whenever provision is made in this title for a license or permit, such license or permit shall be renewed annually thereafter or at the next succeeding regular renewal date and annually thereafter as provided by the licensing authority. The animal services director or the health officer may revoke or suspend a license whenever such action is necessary to protect the public health and safety or to accomplish the purposes of this title.
