VIOLATION – PENALTY

6.48.030 Each day a separate offense.
6.48.040 Repealed.
6.48.010 Infractions.
Any person violating any provision of Chapters 6.04 through 6.32 HMC, Chapter 6.36 HMC, HMC 6.36.050 and 6.36.060, Chapter 6.44 HMC and/or Chapter 6.54 HMC is guilty of an infraction and upon conviction thereof is punishable as set forth in HMC 1.12.010; provided, however, the maximum fine shall not exceed $300.00. 6.48.020 Misdemeanors.
Any person violating HMC 6.36.010 and/or 6.36.080 is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof is punishable as set forth in HMC 1.12.010. (Ord. 13-04(A) § 1, 2013; Ord. 89-04 § 2, 1989)
6.48.030 Each day a separate offense.
Every person violating any provision of this title shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each day, or portion thereof, during which such violation continues. (Ord. 13-04(A) § 1, 2013; Ord. 89-04 § 2, 1989)
6.48.040 Violation of HMC 6.46.020.
