VIOLATION – PENALTY

6.48.040  Violation of HMC 6.46.020.

6.48.010 Infractions.

Any person violating any provision of Chapters 6.04 through 6.32 HMC and Chapter 6.44 HMC is guilty of an infraction and upon conviction thereof is punishable by a fine in accordance with HMC 1.12.010. (Ord. 89-04 § 2, 1989)

6.48.020 Misdemeanors.

Any person violating any provision of Chapter 6.36 HMC or Chapter 6.40 HMC is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof is punishable in accordance with HMC 1.12.010. (Ord. 89-04 § 2, 1989)

6.48.030 Each day a separate offense.

Every person violating any provision of this title shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each day, or portion thereof, during which such violation continues. (Ord. 89-04 § 2, 1989)

6.48.040 Violation of HMC 6.46.020.

Any person violating HMC 6.46.020 is guilty of an infraction and upon conviction thereof is punishable by a fine in accordance with Chapter 1.12 HMC. (Ord. 94-06 § 2, 1994)
