VIOLATIONS

16.56.010 Designated.
It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to violate any of the provisions of this title, and each such person, firm or corporation shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense every day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of this title is committed, continued, or permitted by such person, firm or corporation. Any lot, street, alley or other feature made the subject of this title maintained contrary to the provisions of this title shall constitute a public nuisance. (Ord. 80-1 Art. XIII §13.00, 1980).
