The city council shall meet regularly at 6:30 p.m. on the first and third Wednesdays of each month and at such other times as they shall be specifically called together, or the regular meeting may adjourn to another time for the transaction of the city business.  In the event any regular meeting date falls on a legal holiday, the meeting shall be held the following day.  (Ord. 05-02 §1, 2005:  Ord. 99-09 §1, 2000:  Ord. 84-08 §1, 1984:  Ord. 180 §1, 1970:  prior code §2-101).
