2.12.010 Transfer of duties.
There is established the position of Director of Finance of the City pursuant to Section 40805.5 of the Government Code of the State, and the financial and accounting duties which heretofore were imposed upon the City Clerk pursuant to Sections 40802 through 40805 are transferred to the Director of Finance. [Ord. 499 § 1, 1971].
2.12.020 Additional duties.
In addition to the financial and accounting duties as prescribed by the Government Code of the State, the Director of Finance shall have such powers and duties as may be prescribed in a job classification report which has heretofore been adopted, a copy of which is in the office of the City Manager and City Clerk. [Ord. 499 § 2, 1971].
2.12.030 Compensation.
The Director of Finance shall receive as compensation the amount prescribed by the City Council by a resolution adopted by the Mayor and City Council. [Ord. 499 § 3, 1971].
