CAMPING ON VACANT LOTS

8.04.010 Prohibitions.
It is a misdemeanor for any person to camp or to occupy overnight, any portion of a vacant lot or unoccupied lot within the boundaries of the incorporated area of the city, or for any owner of a vacant lot to give permission to anyone to camp on such a lot unless the lot is equipped with sanitary and garbage facilities.
