9.04.010 Defined – Contract.
The Health Department of the county of Monterey shall comprise the health department of the city, functioning under the terms of a contract between said county and city, which contract was approved and adopted by resolution of the council, dated July 19, 1939. 9.04.020 Epidemics – Quarantines.
The health department shall have control of all epidemics or quarantines. [Ord. 210 N.S. § 10-102, 1952].
