EXPECTORATING IN PUBLIC PLACES

11.40.010 Unlawful acts.
It is unlawful and a nuisance for any person to spit, expectorate or eject from his or her mouth any substance whatsoever upon the floor in any building used by the public, hall or public place located within the city or upon any sidewalk, entrance or doorstep to buildings within the city.
