BUDGET ADOPTION PROCEDURES

3.04.010 Adoption date.
The City Council shall adopt a budget prescribing the spending policy of the City for the ensuing fiscal year on or before the thirtieth day of June of each year. (Ord. 208, 1972)
3.04.020 Proposal.
The City Manager shall submit a proposed budget to the City Council no later than May 31st of each year. (Ord. 883 § 1, 1990; Ord. 208, 1972)
3.04.030 Hearing.
The City Council shall conduct a public hearing on the proposed budget before adoption. (Ord. 208, 1972)
