PAINTING OF STREETS

15.36.010 PROHIBITED.
No person shall paint any of the streets, curbs, pavements or sidewalks within the city with any paint, coloring or dye.
This section shall not apply to the agents, servants and employees of the city acting under and in pursuance of the duly constituted authorities of the city.
