PURPOSE

The purpose of Chapters 13.02 through 13.18 is to provide for terms and conditions to be included in pipeline franchises for the collection, transportation or distribution of oil, petroleum, gas, gasoline or other hydrocarbon substances, or water, hereinafter granted by the city of South Gate.
