OFFICERS’ BONDS

2.12.040 Bonds for two or more offices.
2.12.010 Clerk.
The amount of the official bond of the city clerk of the city is fixed at the sum of $100,000. [Ord. 98-1 § 3, 1998; Ord. 104 § 1, 1955].
2.12.020 Treasurer.
The amount of the official bond of the city treasurer of the city is fixed at the sum of $100,000. [Ord. 98-1 § 3, 1998; Ord. 104 § 3, 1955].
2.12.030 Chief of police.
The amount of the official bond of the chief of police of the city is fixed at the sum of $100,000. [Ord. 98-1 § 3, 1998; Ord. 104 § 4, 1955].
2.12.040 Bonds for two or more offices.
Whenever one person holds two or more offices herein required to be bonded, the execution of one bond in the sum of the largest bond required for any one of the offices held by such person shall be a sufficient and adequate compliance with this chapter. [Ord. 104 § 6, 1955].
