6.40.010 Plan adopted.

As the decision-making body for the district, the board of directors has reviewed and considered the information contained in the district’s sewer system management plan (SSMP), a copy of which is attached to the resolution codified in this chapter as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference.1 (Res. 2630 § 2, 2009; Res. 2629 § 2, 2009)

6.40.020 Compliance.

The district’s SSMP has been completed in compliance with the requirements of the sanitary sewer overflow (SSO) permit, the California Porter Cologne Water Quality Control Act, and the federal Clean Water Act, and the board of directors hereby certifies that the SSMP and its subparts have been completed in compliance with the requirements of the SSO permit, within the time frames set forth therein. 6.40.030 Notification.

The board of directors hereby adopts the SSMP and directs staff to notify the following contact as well as any other applicable contact or entity as may be required by law:

6.40.040 Copies available.

The board of directors further directs staff to make copies of the district’s SSMP available to the public, either at the district’s main office or on the district’s website. (Res. 2630 § 5, 2009; Res. 2629 § 5, 2009)

6.40.050 Actions inconsistent with chapter.

All resolutions or administrative actions by the board of directors, or parts thereof, that are inconsistent with any provision of this chapter are hereby superseded only to the extent of such inconsistency. (Res. 2630 § 6, 2009; Res. 2629 § 6, 2009)
