10.42.010 Where prohibited.

A. No person may propel or ride upon any skateboard or rollerskates on any sidewalk or roadway in the business district of the city of Angels 0] on any public access parking lot, any city property or sidewalks contained therein. The business district of the city of Angels is defined as the Main Street or State Highway 49 from the north end to the south end of the city limits of the city of Angels, Highway 4 to the city limits and Murphy Grade Road.

B. No person may propel or ride upon any skateboard o: rollerskates upon any privately owned commercial property where prohibited by signs erected by the property owner. (Ord. 282 §1, 1986)

10.42.020 Violation--Penalty.

Any person violating or causing a violation of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of an infraction and upon conviction thereof shall be fined fifty dollars for the first offense, one hundred dollars for a second offense within a year, and two hundred fifty dollars for a third and any subsequent offense within a year.
