10.44.010 Violation--Penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this title shall be punished upon a first conviction by a fine not exceeding fifty dollars and for a second conviction within a period of one year being a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars and for a third or any subsequent conviction within a period of one year being a fine not exceeding two hundred fifty dollars.
