10.44.010 Destroying license indicia.

It is unlawful for any person to remove, destroy, mutilate or alter any license indicia issued pursuant to Resolution No. 82-26. (Ord. 82-8 § 2(A): Ord. 233 § 4, 1975: Ord. 191 § 1 (part), 1973: prior code § 4101)

10.44.020 Riding on sidewalk prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person to ride a bicycle on any sidewalk in the city. (Ord. 82-8 § 2(B): Ord. 191 § 1 (part), 1973: prior code § 4102)

10.44.030 Riding on pedestrian overpass prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person to ride any bicycle, roller skates, or any other type of wheeled vehicle on any pedestrian overpass crossing the freeway in the city. (Ord. 82-8 § 2(C): Ord. 191 § 1 (part), 1973: prior code § 4103)

10.44.040 Lighting equipment.

It is unlawful for any person to ride a bicycle on any of the streets of the city between the hours of one-half hour after sunset and one-half hour prior to sunrise unless the bicycle is equipped with a headlight that can be seen for a distance of at least three hundred feet and with a taillight reflector that can be seen for a distance of at least three hundred feet. 10.44.050 Violation.

Notwithstanding section 10.08.040, violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter is unlawful and an offense. Such violations shall be punished as provided by Chapter 21.01 of Title 21.
