16.26.010 Uses generally.

Permitted uses, conditional uses and development regulations are as specified in the R-3 district; provided that offices may be permitted subject to obtaining a use permit therefor, and further provided the C-1-A regulations shall be conformed to. It is the intention in this district to permit apartments and offices but not on the same property or in the same building. (Ord. 555 Art. IV, 1974: Prior code § 30.410).
