The seal heretofore used by and for the city, the inscription of which in the center thereof is “Incorporated March 24, 1876, Re-Incorporated May 14, 1889,” and around the outer edge of the seal is “City of St. Helena, State of California,” is established and declared to be, have been, and now to be the seal of the city.
