15.28.010 California Residential Code—Adopted.

The 2010 Edition of the California Building Standards Code, known as the California Code of Regulations, Title 24, Part 2.5, incorporating the International Residential Code, 2009 Edition, is hereby adopted including all appendices, and with amendments set forth in Section 15.28.020. 15.28.020 California Residential Code—Amendments.

Section R313.1 is amended by adding: “and qualified additions and remodels as prescribed in the amended section 903.2 of the 2010 CFC” and by repealing the exception.
