1.12.010 Designated.
The Rocky Mountain News, the Denver Post and the Villager are newspapers of general circulation within the limits of the city and each of these newspapers is designated as the newspapers in which notices, ordinances and bylaws of a general nature shall be published. Publication in said newspapers shall constitute publication as required by law. All publications heretofore or hereafter to be made in any one of said newspapers are hereby declared to be valid.
