2.08.010 Bond required.

Certain employees of the City shall be bonded specifically or through a blanket bond in an amount not less than $10,000, conditioned upon the true, honest and faithful performance of their respective duties. The City shall pay the premiums for the bonds required by this section.

2.08.015 Compensation of City Council employees.

(a)    The Municipal Judge shall receive a salary or other compensation to be fixed and otherwise set by the City Council by ordinance; and

(b)    The City Attorney shall receive a salary to be fixed and otherwise set by the City Council by ordinance; and

(c)    As provided in Article vii, Paragraph 57 of the City Charter, the City Manager shall receive a salary to be fixed by the Council by ordinance.
