Any work constructed in violation of the provisions of this title shall be condemned work and shall not be connected to, or if connected, shall be disconnected from, the sewer system of the district. A violation of this title is a misdemeanor punishable by fine not to exceed $100.00, imprisonment not to exceed one month, or both. [Ord. 3-23-71 § 6-1]
8.30.020 Saving clause.
If any chapter, section, subsection or paragraph of this title is found to be void or unconstitutional, the same shall not affect the remainder of this title. [Ord. 3-23-71 § 6-2].
