Construction Code, Uniform Swimming Pool, Spa, and Hot Tub Code

14.20.258.010 Code Adopted.

The City of Vacaville does hereby adopt all those certain documents marked and designated, as Uniform Swimming Pool, Spa and Hot Tub Code, 1997 Edition, published and copyrighted by the International Conference of Building Officials. The document identified in this Section is adopted in its entirety. excepting additions, revisions and omissions listed in Section 14.20.251.040 of this Chapter.

14.20.258.020 Reference Copy.

A copy of the adopted Uniform Swimming Pool, Spa, and Hot Tub Code shall be kept on file in the Office of the Building Official for use and examination by members of the public.

14.20.258.030 Enforcement.

Enforcement of the Uniform Swimming Pool, Spa, and Hot Tub Code adopted by this Chapter shall be pursuant to Section 14.20.250.050 of Chapter 14.20.250.
