1. Editor’s note – Ord. No. 4027, § 2, adopted Jan. 6, 1992, repealed §§ 16-1 – 16-3 which comprised former Ch. 16. The aforesaid sections were concerned with flood insurance and derived from Ord. No. 3221, adopted July 1, 1974.
