FILING FEES

17.50.010 Designated.

Fees shall be paid by all persons or corporations submitting preliminary plats and final plats for approval by the Planning Commission in an amount as established by the Governing Body by resolution. The fees shall be paid at the time any plat is submitted to the Planning Commission. (Ord. 2254 § 2)
