Sec. A8-1. Exemption claimed for plans for hospital buildings.

That the governing body of Topeka, Kansas, by the power invested in it by article 12, section 5 of the Constitution of the State of Kansas, hereby elects to and hereby exempts itself from and makes inapplicable to such city K.S.A. 13-14b06, and amendments thereto, which statute applies only to cities of the first class, and which is applied to said City of Topeka, but provisions of which do not apply uniformly to all cities of the State of Kansas.
