5-04-010 Authorization
The Superintendent of Streets or other officer having charge of public ways in the town is authorized, for the purpose of removing or plowing snow or removing ice from any public street or way in the town, to remove or cause to be removed to some convenient place, including in such term a public garage, any vehicle interfering with such work.

5-04-020 Liability for costs
The town may impose upon the owner of such vehicle removed pursuant to § 5-04-010 hereof liability for the cost of such removal and for the storage charges, if any, resulting therefrom.
