MEH – HOLDING ZONE*

18.44.010 Purpose.
The purpose of the MEH zone is to provide a holding zone for vacant land not assigned a regular zoning district classification. No development of any kind may take place in the MEH zone until such time that it is properly zoned. A zone change in the MEH district can be requested by the property owner(s), the planning and zoning commission, the board of trustees or its staff. The zone change must comply with the requirements outlined in Chapter 18.90 MTC. [Ord. 2007-14 § 1]
